We’ve been cooking fish and chips in Carlisle for over 40 years, so we have the formula pretty much perfected. We use fresh fish (the only chip shop in Carlisle to do so) and our batter is light and crispy, whilst our chips are golden and fluffy. That’s The Fryery way!

Our fish is supplied by Skateraw Fisheries, a sustainable Scottish seafood supplier, whilst our pies and sausages are supplied by our local butcher, Steve Wilson, for the ultimate freshness.
